Elevate your fabric creations with our stunning Heat Transfers, perfect for crafting unique pieces like powwow regalia or breathing new life into worn items. They come in multiple sizes. These heat transfers are designed to apply seamlessly to most fabrics using a heat press or iron, mimicking the high-quality finish of silk-screening. Key Features: Easy Application: These floral transfers can be applied with a heat press or iron, making them accessible to both beginners and seasoned crafters. Versatile Fabric Compatibility: Works with polyester, cotton, and blended fabrics, allowing you to create a range of custom apparel and regalia items. Durable Design: Heat transfers offer a long-lasting finish that can withstand repeated wear, making them perfect for intricate, high-use items like powwow regalia. Application Instructions: Prepare the Fabric: Preheat the garment for 8 seconds to remove any moisture. Set the Temperature: For polyester or polyester blends: Set the heat press or iron to 260–280°F. For cotton or cotton blends: Set the heat press or iron to 280–300°F. Place the Transfer: Lay the transfer on the fabric with the plastic carrier sheet facing up, and cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheets. Press and Peel: Apply medium pressure for 8–10 seconds. Wait until the transfer cools and then carefully remove the transfer carrier plastic (the transfer should stick to the garment, but if some of the transfer is still not releasing from the plastic carrier sheet, then press again and let cool) to avoid bubbling. Be careful not to move side to side if using a hand iron, pressing only downward and lifting straight up, ensuring to get each part of the heat transfer in this way. If you move side to side, it may squeeze the glue out of the transfer and cause excess glue around the edges, and will also decrease the life of the transfer. Second Press: Press the garment again for another 8–10 seconds with parchment paper or Teflon sheets to seal the design. Teflon sheets are highly recommended. Each order comes with a test strip to ensure optimal results on your fabric (it looks like a barcode). Cut off a small part of the test strip bar code and try pressing using the instructions above on an inconspicuous part of your garment or scrap of the same fabric. For instance, we test a small piece on the inside of the garment so it won't be seen, or near the back of the collar on the inside so it's never noticeable. Give your garments a professional finish with our versatile heat transfers, ideal for reviving old pieces or crafting new ones.
