Cancellations within 24 hours

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment.
Cancellations after 24 hours

If you request to cancel your order more than 24 hours after purchase, we will still issue you a refund.

However, please note that your refund will be reduced by the card processing fees that were charged to us at the time of your transaction.

These fees typically range from 2–4% of your order total (depending on the card type and payment provider).

Unfortunately, payment providers do not return these fees to us when an order is cancelled, which is why they must be deducted from your refund.
Why we deduct processing fees

When you make a purchase, our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee.

Even if the order is cancelled, those fees remain with the processor, not with us.

We never charge additional penalties or cancellation fees ourselves — the only deduction is the unavoidable processing cost we are charged.
Example
If your order total was $100 and you cancelled after 24 hours, and the card processing fee was 3%, your refund would be $97.
