How long it takes

Most orders reach the United States and Canada in 2 to 4 weeks. Fabric preorders and handmade pieces can take up to 4 weeks, hopefully sooner.

Our manufacturing partners make each piece after you place your order, and we don't usually begin processing until your payment clears. Heat transfers are made by our own team at our Calgary store.

Your order may arrive in more than one package

Each piece ships from where it's made, so an order with several items often arrives in separate packages on different days. You'll get a tracking email for each package. If a package arrives with only part of your order, the rest is still on its way.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as each package ships. You can also check any package on our Track Your Order page. New tracking numbers can take up to 5 days to show updates for US orders and up to 10 days for Canadian orders.

Duties, taxes and brokerage fees

Most of our items ship without extra charges. Heat transfers ship from Canada, so US orders that include them are charged duties and brokerage fees at delivery. See Important Information for American Customers.

Depending on where an item ships from and where it's going, any order may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees set by your government or courier. These are the customer's responsibility. We don't set, collect or receive any part of them.

Your shipping address

Please check your address carefully when you order. If our shipping partners can't verify it, we'll contact you. We can't guarantee delivery to an address that can't be verified, and we can't cover the cost of reshipping an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is with the carrier, we can't be responsible for it being lost or stolen, but we'll help by providing any information the carrier needs to open a claim.
